Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative problem solver to join our international team in Prague as Employee & Labor Relations (ERLR) Automation Partner for EMEA.
In this role, you will lead and implement initiatives that digitize and automate ERLR processes, drive operational excellence and innovation across the EMEA region using smart solutions. You will partner closely with HR leaders, labor relations representatives, and cross-functional teams to compose and build tools using the latest technologies—such as PowerApps, Excel automation, AI, and other digital platforms—to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Most importantly, you will act as a guardian of our Credo and Code of Business Conduct, ensuring that our employees are treated with dignity and respect while maintaining high levels of trust and integrity in handling confidential matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, develop, and implement automation solutions for ERLR processes using tools like PowerApps, Excel macros, AI-driven applications, and more.
Lead and run automation projects from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
Collaborate with regional HR teams and ERLR partners to identify problems and translate business needs into technical solutions.
You are a change agent, promoting adoption of digital tools encouraging a culture of innovation.
Analyze process data and leverage insights to optimize automation strategies and measure impact on targets and SLAs. And prepare and present project updates, technical documentation, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Build solid relationships across HR, business units, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of automation solutions.
Maintain compliance with local labor laws and global operational guidelines throughout automation initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate environment, combined with hands-on technical expertise in automation and digitalization.
Comfortable using tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate, Excel (advanced functions and macros),
Understands AI and Machine Learning basics (ability to maximize the use of AI tools for HR automation, vibe coding, prompting, RAGs, content management etc.)
Experience with HR systems such as ServiceNow and Workday is a plus.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proven ability to independently design and build technical solutions.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
High level of discretion, integrity, and judgment.
Language: English C1 or C2 (native), no additional language required.
Preferred:
Experience in HR or Employee Relations, with knowledge of EMEA labor regulations and cultural nuances. Familiarity with compliance and confidentiality standards.
Basic programming knowledge (e.g. Python or similar automation scripts)
Understanding of Process mapping and workflow design (Lean/Six Sigma principles for automation)
Data analysis and visualization (with tools like Power BI or Tableau)
