岗位职责：
•严格遵守公司规章制度、行为准则及安全操作规范。
•熟悉责任区域内设备的机械结构和电控原理，能独立、快速进行故障诊断与处理，提前预防，并减少非计划停工时间。
•在责任区域内主动发现问题、分析原因并推动解决，避免重复发。
•对责任区域内的重复性故障和重大故障承担改进与改善责任，并接受相应考核。
•协助上级进行设备的持续优化改造，提出有效改善建议。
•积极参加培训并通过评估，参与部门相关事务，不断提升维修技能与专业能力。
职位要求：
•大专及以上学历，电气等相关专业；持低压电工上岗证。
•能服从工作时间安排，接受倒班（白班+中班，8h一个班次）、加班及临时调配。
•具备设备维修相关工作经验，了解机械原理与电气控制知识。
•具有较强的学习能力、动手能力和主动改善意识。
•为人正直诚信，具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神，并具有安全意识和 5S 理念。
