岗位职责
主要职能包括以下内容，但不限于此：
•分析工程图纸和3D模型，识别和理解工程要求
•熟练掌握技术标准文件，制定具体的工艺实施要求
•创建和维护工艺路线，拆分BOM表中相关物料到各作业步骤
•创建和维护现场布局图
•定义、设计和引进完成各生产步骤所需的工装、工具和辅料
•协助工程师完成大型设备引进/改造、布局调整等工作
•使用PFMEA识别和评估风险，制定控制措施
•按照要求创建和更改标准化作业指导书/自检单，发放至产线并培训
•接收变更申请，更新相关工艺文件，确认现场按照计划实施变更
•改进生产工艺和工装工具，消除安全风险，提升效率
•收集和分析工时，识别和消除瓶颈
•分析并解决质量问题，推动持续改善
•对接设计部门，提出并推动产品的可装配性优化
•其他日常生产中PQVC的工作支持
岗位要求
•熟悉质量工具（鱼骨图、5Why、柏拉图、控制图、APQP、FMEA、CP等）
•熟练操作办公软件，及AutoCAD和ProE等制图软件
•具备良好的沟通与协调能力，能独立分析并解决问题
•有较强的责任心，具备团队意识以及相互协作精神
•具备良好的英语读写能力，能使用英语口语交流者优先，具备细心耐心等
•本科及以上学历、机械或电气等相关专业者优先
