Description:Enterprise Operations Global Supply Chain is in search of a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) position to lead the enterprise business strategy and support execution for critical non-traditional defense contractors (NTDC)
This position will lead the development and deployment of the global sourcing strategy for these suppliers to maximize enterprise supply chain leverage for strategic business opportunities and partnerships, program affordability and operational performance. The selected Candidate will be expected to collaborate with Lockheed Martin business areas and lead cross functional team members from those business area to develop and execute the supplier strategy.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop & Deploy Supplier Strategy
- Drive sourcing strategies for key captures and new business opportunities
- Drive integration of non-traditional defense contractors across new and existing programs
- Advocate for the benefits and drawbacks of including non-traditional suppliers within captures and programs
- Establish strategic action plans, engagement plans, and communication plans
- Shape strategic agreements (Partnering, GGTA, LTA, etc.)
- Develop SRM standard work
- Coordinate with LM Business Areas, Corporate Strategy to develop detail supplier profiles
- Gather & Analyze Supplier Data and Performance Metrics to inform strategic decision making
- Develop 'Get to Excellence/Return to Green plans' as required
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify leverage opportunities to improve performance, affordability, and business growth
- Coordinates with Corporate Strategy & business areas to ensure SRM approaches are aligned with strategic capabilities and competitive strategies
- Support internal & external SCT and SRM business rhythm
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree with professional experience
- 10+ years' Experience - Program Management, Strategy or Business Development, Subcontract Program Management, Engineering or related experience
- Experience leading projects and cross functional teams
- Strong and proven leadership skills
- 5+ Aerospace & Defense Experience
- Supply Chain Management Experience
- US Citizen

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $166,400 - $288,305. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
