Qualifications:
- Experience engaging with the public; prior experience in sales or prospecting is a plus.
- Strong ability to effectively communicate the benefits of services and educate potential clients on solutions that address gaps in their current coverage.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales activities and client relationships.
- Excellent phone communication skills and the ability to establish trust and rapport with potential clients.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
