Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Trade Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute trade marketing plans to grow channel-focused stores, leveraging data and insights to drive portfolio performance and achieve business objectives.
CRM Strategy
Design and implement CRM initiatives to recruit new wearers and enhance customer retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales and other departments to align on Joint Business Plans (JBP).
Ensure seamless coordination with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT) to deliver strategic goals.
Budget Management
Manage and monitor trade spending budgets, including GTN discounts, POSM, warehouse costs, events, PG, and roadshows.
Performance Monitoring & Insights
Conduct offtake data analysis to evaluate performance against KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
Perform competitor benchmarking to maintain ACUVUE’s market competitiveness.
Sales Forecast Accuracy
Manage the impact of promotions and distribution plans on sales forecast accuracy.
Pricing Strategy
Collaborate with the Brand Manager to manage price setting and adjustments.
Customer Engagement
Oversee customer inquiries and feedback across digital platforms (LINE, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) related to promotions and campaigns.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or retail execution.
Experience in FMCG, retail, or healthcare industry is an advantage.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital platforms and CRM tools.
Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
Competencies:
Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to manage budgets and monitor ROI effectively.
Language: Proficiency in Thai and English (written and spoken).
