Role Definition
Coordinate and lead sales and operations process through cross functional teams to establish sales plan and shape demand with focus on delivering business results and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Gathers and analyzes relevant data from multiple sources for keeping product information accurate for effective processing of commercial orders.
• Works with cross-functional groups to compile information necessary to develop and maintain price lists.
• Facilitates internal and external business partners make recommendations to demand fulfillment priorities.
• Establishes and maintains compatibility logic for products and attachments.
• Trains, leads, guides teams, communicates key priorities, and executes the sales and operations process by providing analysis and recommendations for leaders, while also driving process improvements.

• Researches the customer's industry and organization before attempting sales calls.
• Discusses issues and considerations regarding current 'value selling' practices and recommends potential improvements.
• Quantifies proposed costs, benefits and value in customer terms.
• Defines and documents value-added activities and their benefits to customers beyond the initial sales transaction.
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
