Responsibilities
1. Product maintenance, including current and new products.
2. Design issue list management, managing and participating in improvement projects.
3. Assisting product engineers with production support.
Degree Requirement
Bachelor's degree or above, with a mechanical engineering background.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is expected.

• Troubleshoots typical technical problems in a specific area.
• Works with vendor-specific diagnostic guides, tools and utilities to discover application problems.
• Adheres to standard troubleshooting procedures to ensure effectiveness of resolutions.
• Participates in setting evaluation standards and criterion for troubleshooting.
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
