Description:You will be the Air Dominance Program Manager for the Air Dominance team. Our team is responsible for delivering advanced air‑dominance capabilities through integrated weapons, sensors, and services.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Air Dominance Program Manager you will be responsible for leading the Systems, Software, and Simulation (S3) activities on the EMD contract.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Drive cost, technical, and schedule performance of the S3 Development Branch.
- Manage system requirements and verification plan to complete the missile configuration roadmap.
- Oversee missile Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop activities across multiple sites and suppliers.
- Identify barriers and risks to S3 development and execute mitigation plans.
- Coordinate activities across the Air Dominance portfolio, mitigating inter‑contract dependencies.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:• Engineering degree (systems, software, mechanical, integration and test or similar) with 8+ years experience in an applicable engineering discipline
• Leadership of cross-functional team with scope > $10M, with responsibility for quality/technical, schedule and cost performance
• Experience leading subordinate leaders and developing talent (i.e. IPT leads)
• Experience in risk identification and management
• Strong problem solving skills; Quick learner
• Proven ability to work multiple, high-priority tasks in parallel with minimal direction
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and formal presentation skills, including the ability to interface at all levels and across multiple functions and customer sets.
• Experience establishing strong customer relationships
• Experience working with suppliers and subcontract management
• Familiarity working in classified environments
• Active Secret security clearance with an investigation within 5 years and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance as well as a Special Access Program clearance.
• Must have the ability to travel up to 20%
Desired Skills:• Experience with missile systems requirements, software, or simulations
• Experience with Development Programs
• Experience with Earned Value Management
• Knowledge of program and financial measurements (orders, sales, EBIT and cash)
• Knowledge of DoD contract types (CPFF, FFP, CPIF, etc.)
• Demonstrated track record of delivering results in fluid or ambiguous situations
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
