Description:You will be the Proposal Analyst Stf for the Rotary Wing Systems (RWS) program team. Our team is responsible for delivering winning proposals that drive the success of Lockheed Martin’s rotary‑wing portfolio.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Proposal Analyst Stf you will be responsible for leading pricing and proposal activities across USG, FMS, and DCS International bids. You will partner with program, finance, and senior leadership to ensure every submission meets the highest standards of cost, compliance, and technical excellence.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and managing pricing models for spares, repairs, sustainability, and production proposals using ProPricer.
- Coordinating the full proposal lifecycle—from RFP receipt and Proposal Authorization through management‑review and certification.
- Providing audit support and fact‑finding for government reviewers and negotiating terms as needed.
- Facilitating input from divisional stakeholders and maintaining compliance with program and corporate processes.
- Communicating effectively with senior management and cross‑functional teams to drive decision‑making.

Basic Qualifications:-Generally has 5+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
-Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:-US Army customer experience
-Strong knowledge of MFC CSR/Cost Management process
-Experience with IDIQ proposals/contracts
-Attention to detail
-Strong financial/analytical orientation
-Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
-Demonstrated ability to lead other
-Aptitude for learning financial software and/or database systems
-Works effectively as individual contributor or as part of team
-Self starter; able to effectively handle multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously
-Prior experience as a proposal analyst leading major proposal efforts
-Working knowledge of LMMFC financial software including EFS

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
