Position Summary
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient office workflows, and supporting team members to maintain a productive work environment. This role includes managing office resources, coordinating schedules, and serving as a liaison between staff and leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications for leadership and staff.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and reporting.
- Support onboarding and administrative processes for new hires.
- Monitor and manage office budgets and expense tracking.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to administrative staff as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
Work Environment
- Office setting with occasional travel to client sites.
