Job Summary
This role is responsible for designing and deploying tailored voice solutions based on customer-provided requirements. Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer requirements and design customized voice solutions to meet business needs
Develop and deploy integrations between voice platforms and customer systems, including databases, APIs, and SaaS applications
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and support
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across voice and data environments
Document integration architecture, workflows, and deployment procedures
Contribute to continuous improvement of integration frameworks and best practices
Technical Skills
Experience with voice platforms, PBX systems, and SIP trunking
Strong understanding of VoIP technologies and protocols: SIP, RTP, SDP, TLS
Extensive experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and common SaaS connectors (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAML/OIDC)
Familiarity with SQL and database technologies
Experience with security protocols protecting data in transit and at rest
Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g. JavaScript, Bash)
Solid knowledge of Linux systems and command-line tools
Understanding of LAN/WAN technologies including Ethernet, VLANs, and routing
Experience with packet analyzers and diagnostic tools
Ability to document architectural designs using diagrams and workflows

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in complex environments
Excellent communication skills for technical documentation, incident reporting, and customer interaction

Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field—or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in VoIP systems engineering or voice application development
Experience with systems integration and API-based development in enterprise environments

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $140,785.47 - $211,178.21
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
