Job Title: Senior Engineer, Parts & Service
We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Product Engineering team who will be responsible for supporting our Parts and Service Organization and our new Sustaining Project workflow. This engineer will support all Parts and Service engineering activities around legacy parts, store remodels, and refrigerator display case retrofits. The engineer will also be a core participant of our New Customer Request workflow and be responsible for evaluating and executing new customer requests projects. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate strong engineering rigor, problem solving skills, and ability to drive engineering projects to completion to satisfy business and customer expectations.
What you’ll be responsible for in this role:
Ensure designs comply with codes and agency listings (UL, NSF, DOE), Collaborate with external agencies, if needed to understand the impact of compliance and regulations on products and include those as part of specifications.
Manages projects from end to end including scoping, resource allocation and management, project planning, task assignment and tracking against project plan, assessing risks as well as project reporting. Ensures projects are delivered on time and on budget.
