About this Position

Lead the development and execution of trade marketing strategies to drive sustainable long-term growth for the laundry category, grounded in shopper insights and customer needs.
Partner closely with Sales to ensure sales objectives are fully aligned with trade marketing strategies, jointly owning and delivering P&L targets.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan, execute and review shopper and consumer promotion activities that effectively attract and convert both customers and end consumers.

What you´ll do

Manage portfolio and channel assortments and continuously refine pricing and promotion strategies to optimize efficiency across channels and customers.
Develop a deep understanding of key business metrics (e.g. sales, share, volume, profit) and provide data-driven analysis, insights and recommendations to support current and future business plans.
Lead end-to-end new product launch processes, including business case preparation, go-to-market planning and post-launch evaluation.
Lead in-store activation & merchandising to translate brand/shopper insights into impactful POS across key channels.
Effectively manage the Trade Marketing budget, including annual planning, deployment, tracking and post-activity reviews to ensure optimal ROI.
