WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work directly with our CEO and Director of Strategy & Marketing, supporting research, operational planning, and strategic initiatives that drive our business forward.
You will help us evaluate markets, vendors, partners, and tools that impact how we scale MORP® and our leadership programs. While we are a small firm, our work reaches executive teams nationwide, and your insights will directly shape business development, product strategy, and new offerings.
You will also collaborate with external vendors, potential strategic partners, and subject-matter experts when conducting targeted research or gathering data. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of independent analysis, structured problem-solving, and operational execution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Essential Functions
Research & Analysis – 50%
- Conduct rigorous research across private equity and family offices, executive recruiting, Learning Management System (LMS) platforms, and strategic vendors.
- Deliver vetted, decision-ready lists of firms, platforms, and vendors supported by clear, actionable insights.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and best-in-class systems relevant to MORP® and leadership development programs.
Operational Support & Vendor Evaluation – 20%
- Evaluate internal tools and platforms, including LMS solutions, CRM enhancements, and operational systems, against defined business requirements.
- Build structured vendor comparison matrices assessing cost, scalability, functionality, UX, and enterprise readiness.
- Maintain and update our CRM and sales pipeline tracker to ensure accurate, timely, and well-organized data across prospects, partners, and outreach activities.
- Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach (DMs) to prospects and strategic partners using approved messaging aligned with our pipeline and research priorities.
Project Coordination – 20%
- Support the planning and tracking of strategic initiatives such as LMS rollout, strategic partner development, and private equity outreach efforts.
- Ensure project deliverables, timelines, and ownership are clearly defined, documented, and updated.
- Coordinate workflows between internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain alignment and momentum across initiatives.
Knowledge Asset Development – 10%
- Develop high-quality research reports, summary decks, and internal knowledge assets that synthesize key insights and support decision-making.
- Organize findings into structured, repeatable frameworks and maintain internal knowledge libraries to ensure insights are easily accessible and leveraged across the business.
Position Summary
This role is responsible for enabling the strategic growth of The Prosen Center for Business Advancement by providing high-quality research, operational support, and analytical insight. You will work across multiple domains including private equity, vendor landscapes, LMS providers, leadership training ecosystems, executive recruiting networks, and mid-market industry analysis.
You’ll frequently tackle ambiguous problems, determine where information lives, filter noise, and present findings in a structured, decision-ready format. This is a critical-thinking role suited for someone who enjoys solving complex business questions and delivering clarity.
ABOUT YOU
Required Experience
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Research Analyst, Project Manager, Operations Specialist, or related analytical role
- Strong critical thinking and research capabilities
- Experience synthesizing complex information into simple, actionable insights
- Familiarity with private equity, consulting workflows, or mid-market business environments is a plus
