Job Description:
The mission of this position is to attract new wearers and grow ACUVUE’s platform market share by optimizing the end-to-end customer journey—from pre-purchase engagement to post-purchase loyalty. This role will focus on platform visuals, content, shopping experience, and engagement activities to drive store offtake and new wearer acquisition.
1. Before Purchase
· Plan and execute platform promotions and content strategies to attract new wearers.
· Design compelling platform visuals, including media banners and campaign creatives.
· Develop engaging content experiences(short videos, livestream scripts, and promotional materials) to educate and convert potential customers.
· Prepare campaign and event materials for product launches and seasonal promotions.
2. During Purchase
· Design, optimize, and track store pages and product display layouts to maximize conversion.
· Manage in-store livestream content, including storyline planning, visuals, and POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials).
· Execute Gift-with-Purchase (GWP) campaigns and monitor execution quality and impact.
3. After Purchase
· Design post-purchase visual and content flow, including delivery box packaging and CRM contents.
· Plan and manage VIP gift programs, tracking performance and customer retention metrics.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
· Monitor KPIs such as market share growth, Store offtake & new wearer acquisition, Media banner ROI, CTR, CPC, Content engagement rate & ROI, Page conversion rate, Livestream-driven offtake, etc.
· Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
