About this Position Join us as an HR Payroll & Total Rewards Executive and take an active role in shaping and optimizing our HR processes while ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant payroll operations. You will collaborate with a diverse and talented team to drive efficiency, foster continuous improvement, and contribute to Henkel’s ongoing success.
What you´ll do
- Take full end-to-end responsibility for payroll operations for both white- and blue-collar employees
- Prepare required HR and payroll reports and collaborate closely with the Finance team on reporting activities
- Work closely with the Region on Total Rewards–related topics and projects
- Act as a key point of contact between HR Operations and business units
- Monitor absences, paid leave, overtime, bonuses, and other variable pay elements
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports as required
- Ensure full compliance with Labor Law, Social Security Institution (SGK), and İŞKUR regulations
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all steps are fully aligned with legal requirements and Henkel corporate guidelines
