Overview
As a Mobile Expert, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the best mobile solutions to enhance their experience. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding mobile products and services.
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos to educate customers on the latest technology.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling responsibilities.
- Utilize strong phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or queries.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively upselling and cross-selling mobile products and services.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales area, ensuring all products are displayed correctly.
- Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and ensure accurate retail math practices are followed.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong cash handling skills with experience using a cash register.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and sales calculations.
- Ability to effectively upsell products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Experience in supervising or mentoring team members is a plus.
