Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and determine their needs.
- Recommend and sell wireless devices, accessories, and service plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relationships.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals.
- Process payments, activations, and account updates accurately.
- Stay up to date on promotions, product launches, and competitive offers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (wireless sales a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-driven with a passion for hitting targets.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Must be 18 years or older.
