Overview
Position Summary: ABM is seeking an Assistant Custodial Manager. Main focus of this role is the responsible for the growth, operational and financial success of his/her branch. The Assistant Custodial Manager must lead a diverse team, engage in regular client interaction, develop internal and external relationships, deliver financial goals, manage and forecast an accurate budget, manage vendors, interface with senior leadership and work to continuously develop operational team members.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Compensation: $45k-$50k annual salary (US Dollars)
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Strong understanding of service industry trends and operations.
- Experience in janitorial services within hotel, hospital, education, retail, or sports & entertainment sectors.
