Your Impact
The Associate Product Manager assists with the process of defining product and product feature requirements and communicating those requirements to user experience (UX) and technology delivery teams. This includes using customer feedback, business strategy, data/analytics, and input from UX and technology teams to develop features that result in seamless customer experiences. With direction from more senior product management team members, this role owns the vision and success criteria for the specific feature(s) within scope of responsibility.

This internship is based at our on-site Tech Hub in Charlotte, North Carolina. Lowe's Tech Hub is an ultramodern work environment, complete with cutting-edge technology, collaborative workspaces, an on-site barista and Zen Garden, and other perks to enhance your work experience.
What You Will Learn
Works with peers to understandobjectivesand key results (OKRs) andoperatesinside a well-defined scope. Supports experienced product managers to understand vision and build OKRs that are aligned with business partners.
Works with more senior team members to review and design smaller scope features/stories, engaging in usability testing whereappropriate.
Completion of coursework or program focused on software development or related skills (e.g., technology related college coursework, bootcamp, certification program, coding academy)
Preferred Skills/Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field
1 year of experience in product management, project management, product design, business analysis, program management, product marketing,experimentationor related area
