Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic planning, organizational change, and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications You Must Have
-
A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Strategy, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, or a related field and a minimum of 14 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree (MBA preferred) in a related field and a minimum of 12 years of experience.

Proven track record of strategic leadership, including the ability to develop and implement innovative strategies.

Exceptional influencing skills with proven ability to build consensus and drive alignment among senior stakeholders.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Strong experience in supply chain management, including knowledge of procurement and supplier management best practices.

Demonstrated expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and budget management.

Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess challenges, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions.

Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organizational environment.

Change management expertise, with the ability to lead and sustain organizational transformation efforts.
Qualifications We Prefer

Supply Chain experience in the manufacturing industry highly preferred, with aerospace & defense industry experience a plus

Strong working knowledge of US Government regulations (FAR, DFARS)

Experience working in a centralized service environment or Global Business Services (GBS), with a demonstrated ability to optimize shared service models.

Familiarity with global service delivery models, shared service best practices, and supply chain optimization techniques.

Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and emerging technologies.

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools to support strategic decision-making (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Six Sigma).

Experience in managing global teams or initiatives with a broad geographical footprint.

Excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Experience using SAP Ariba and S4Hana

Work Location
This is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance from Farmington, CT, Richardson, TX or Tucson, AZ.

The salary range for this role is 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
