Job Summary
In this role, the individual will facilitate inter-team collaboration, assist in onboarding new marketers, and manage various project management, operations, and administrative tasks. Contributions will significantly enhance operational efficiency, enabling the team to connect with the target audience and drive the organization's mission forward.
Job Description
Project Management: Collaborate with the campaign lead to assist in planning, coordinating,allocatingresources, and executing marketing projects to ensure alignment with goals andtimelydelivery.
Creative Traffic Control: Partner with the creative team to manage the workflow of creative projects, ensure briefs are fulfilled, andfacilitatetimelyreviews and approvals whilemaintainingcommunication with key stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
Onboarding Support: Aid in onboarding new team members, offering resources and guidance to help integrate them into the team culture and processes.
Team Support: Organize team meetings/events, track action items, and follow up to ensure thetimelycompletion of critical tasks. Collaborate with the finance team toassistwith budget tracking.
