Project Manager, National Accounts
ABM Technical Solutions | Lighting, HVAC/Mechanical & E-Mobility
ABM Technical Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, National Accounts to manage multi-site projects across Lighting, HVAC/Mechanical Services, and E-Mobility for large national clients. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, financial performance, subcontractor coordination, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from kickoff through closeout, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across national accounts with varying scopes and timelines
- Track budgets, forecasts, change orders, invoicing, and subcontractor billings
- Coordinate labor, subcontractors, and material procurement, including large, multi-shipment orders
- Maintain project schedules, trackers, and documentation using Smartsheets, Excel, and internal systems
- Conduct site visits as needed (up to ~25% travel) to verify scope completion and quality of work
- Identify risks and issues, take ownership of solutions, and drive accountability to resolution
- Adapt quickly across Lighting, HVAC/Mechanical, and E-Mobility projects as business needs evolve
- Ensure projects meet ABM quality, safety, and client standards
Mandatory Qualifications
- 5 plus years of experience in project management, project coordination, or operations within construction, electrical, mechanical, facilities, or infrastructure environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in high-accountability settings
- Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and material-intensive projects
- Strong financial, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills, including budget tracking and invoicing
- Effective client-facing communication skills with the ability to hold partners accountable
- Proficiency with Smartsheets, Excel, and Microsoft Office
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally up to approximately 25% (non-routine, project-based)
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Lighting, HVAC/Mechanical, Electrical, and/or E-Mobility projects
- Familiarity with JD Edwards or similar enterprise financial systems
- Experience supporting national or multi-location accounts
- Exposure to rebate-driven, retrofit, or infrastructure upgrade programs

Pay:
95,000 – 105,000 The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
