Position Overview:
The Camp Director provides overall leadership, management, and coordination of specialized camp programs. This position oversees all aspects of camp operations, including staffing, program design, safety, scheduling, budgeting, and camper experience. The Camp Director ensures that the camp maintains a high standard of excellence, sportsmanship, and fun while aligning with the organization’s mission and values. This leadership position drives quality and consistency of all programs to maximize the financial success of the company.

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in camp administration, coaching, or youth program management
- School Age Director Qualified
- Business and/or accounting background desirable
- Experience in an education field desirable
Specific Skills:
- Computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of MDH camp licensing requirements helpful
- Energetic, motivational, and a team player
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and composure
