Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As the Front of House Manager, you will lead the budtender team, manage cash and inventory, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role is crucial in maintaining our store's cleanliness, merchandising, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage the budtender team and oversee their performance.
- Handle cash management and ensure proper oversight of funds.
- Update product menus and manage store inventory.
- Organize and restock products, ensuring the store is tidy and presentable.
- Supervise sales and customer service, offering assistance when necessary.
- Oversee inventory processes, utilizing systems like Dutchie and Metrc.
- Initiate and receive product transfers, manage wholesaling.
- Print labels and barcodes, converting products into the correct units
What we are looking for
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, hardworking, self starter and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- POS and cash-handling experience preferred
- Spanish language skills a plus
- Appreciation for Montana’s outdoor and community-driven lifestyle
