A wide variety of daily tasks are to be supported within the following categories:

Provide CSE support for operations, process, and quality organizational support while providing daily updates for CSE related actions

Provide support for actions related to manufacturing blueprint review & interpretation for jet engine hardware, problem solving events related to technical data and hardware disposition, and authoring of technical data for jet engine hardware & support equipment

Support lean manufacturing initiatives that support continuous process improvement, as well as product team technical presentations and cross organization communication, and procedural authoring and updates to improve efficiency
-
Support development for proficiency and expertise in Customer Support Engineering (CSE) processes, process authoring, technical dispositions, and SAP EQN System dispositions

Qualifications You Must Have
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technical discipline, or bachelor’s degree with experience in related aviation/jet engine field, or 5+ years of comparable prior experience with similar hardware working within depot shop environment OR
-
In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 9+ years of experience in related aviation/jet engine field, or with similar hardware working within depot shop environment OR
-
Advanced degree with 3 years of experience
-
5+ years of total professional work experience.

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer

Ability to support multiple depot site locations operations in a fast paced, dynamic, and results-based production environment with strong interpersonal, teamwork, communication, organizational, time management skills and the ability to work well with multi-disciplinary groups

Technical familiarity with engineering blueprints and the ability to read engineering drawings, or previous experience with military jet engine logistics, repairs, maintenance, or A&P Mechanic certification.

Proficiency in MS Office resources and SAP familiarity and ability to enter and interrogate data

A working-knowledge of value stream mapping, standard operating procedures, and root-cause analysis, mistake-proofing is desired, as well as strong interpersonal, teamwork, communication, organizational, time management skills and the ability to work well with multi-disciplinary groups is required

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
