Overview
Night Manager
- Oversee janitorial operations of night shift ensuring that cleaning services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Identify performance barriers and develop plan for correcting issues. Provide feedback to Operations manager after each shift.
- Train, and develop team members, promoting a positive work environment and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Share best practices and process improvement ideas.
- Ensure that all training is completed on time for all employees. Provide ongoing support and coaching to enhance performance and promote professional growth.
- Monitor floor team performance and provide coaching to improve performance.
- Deliver corrective action when needed.
- Coach and develop the supervisor’s skills. Share performance concerns with Operations Manager.
- Ensure that CNC logbooks are properly documented and address any GMP issues with supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines pertaining to custodial operations. Develop and enforce safety protocols, conduct training on proper handling of chemicals and equipment, and promote a culture of safety among custodial staff.
- Understand and enforce ABM policies.
- Understand and enforce Union contract.
- Report equipment repair needs to operations manager.
- Build relationships with client and employees.

Compensation: $80,000 per year
