Participate in integration and test planning/execution, executing verification/validation events, and perform scenario-based analysis to identify and resolve technical observations

Conduct system performance assessments and validation testing to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications

Execute integration plans and testing activities according to defined tasks milestones/schedules

Integrate and test radar system software builds in a String/HWIL facility for supporting integration, verification, and test activities
-
Collaborate with cross-program leads/stakeholders to generate test approaches, ensure test-setup readiness, and participate in key processes (peer, gate, and test readiness reviews)

Confirm test and evaluation processes are conducted according to established procedures for software and hardware and ensure compliance with Department of Defense technology release and export licensing policies.

Willingness local and non-local travel including experience with domestic and foreign military sales products
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.

Experience with MATLAB, Python, Perl, C/C++, Linux, Unix, and/or other programming language.

Experience with systems engineering, integration, verification, validation and/or system testing.
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience using String/HWIL test equipment, radio frequency (RF) electronic hardware configuration and installation, software installations, and integrating or regression testing radar systems with certifications in CompTIA Network+ and or CompTIA Security+.

Experience with MATLAB, Linux Operating Systems (Linux Red Hat), Unix, and Shell scripting for performing integration, verification and test analysis, integrating and configuring electronics, installing/debugging software.

Experience with creating integration test procedures, test plans, test scripts, developing and maintaining configuration control documentation, and navigating through test setup schematics.

Experience with agile and DevSecOps processes, implement (or maintain) agile methodologies, participating in daily team standup meetings, sprint reviews, program Increment (PI) Planning meetings, retrospectives, and agile tooling such as JIRA and Confluence, and support execution of the team’s backlog including performance analysis and issue investigation.

Strong individual integration skills, knowledge of radar algorithms, radar signal processing concepts, theory, modeling and determining radar performance, and team interaction skills,.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
