About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an Investment Publications Associate (Content Design Associate) for the Publications Team supporting Wells Fargo Investment Institute and Investment Products publishing.
The Publications Associate position is responsible for publishing investment strategy, research reports, and investment product marketing content to internal content platforms. The role requires managing content through compliance review, performing accessibility tagging for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, and distributing content to investment professionals to help them guide their clients. The position also serves as a relationship manager, providing responsive publishing support to teams across the Investment Solutions Center of Excellence.
Success in this position means effectively managing multiple priorities - balancing accurate publishing, copy editing and proofreading, responsive service to internal clients, and strong collaboration with teammates and business partners. The ideal candidate thrives working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment requiring strong time management and strong written communication skills.
Note: The position requires flexibility to occasionally perform morning publishing starting at 7 a.m. ET (6 a.m. CT).
In this role, you will:- Publish and distribute Wells Fargo Investment Institute guidance and commentary to meet tight deadlines; perform testing and tagging to ensure content complies with Americans with Disabilities Act standards. Training on our content management system will be provided.
- Support product managers in Investment Products with web page design, web page updates, drafting communications, formatting PowerPoint presentation decks, and coordinating updates to expiring content.
- Manage content submitted by external strategic relationship partners through the qualified supervisor and compliance review process.
- Copy edit and proofread content for grammar, punctuation, Wells Fargo style, and clarity. Write social media posts as needed.
- Participate in project teams to develop more efficient processes, to improve quality, or to develop communication plans.
Required Qualifications:- 6+ months of Graphic or Website Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6+ months of Communications or Publications experience
Desired Qualifications: - Experience using content management or web publishing systems
- Strong writing and proofreading skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using artificial intelligence applications to gain efficiencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite
Job Expectations:- Ability to perform morning publishing starting at 7 a.m. ET (6 a.m. CT).
- Ability to work 3:2 hybrid schedule; requires at least three eight-hours days in the office.
- Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process.
