Amentum is seeking a junior mechanical engineer interested in HVAC and building design for our Annapolis Junction, Maryland office. The candidate should have a demonstrated record of achievement and work ethic to join this high performing group committed to delivering consistently high-quality work and service to our clients.
Required Qualifications:
1. Degreed Mechanical Engineer from an ABET accredited engineering program.
2. Must be a US Citizen.
3. Zero to three years of experience in HVAC and building design with understanding of HVAC and heat transfer principles.
4. Full-time in the office. Hybrid and remote work are not practical for this position.
5. Good working knowledge of MS Office suite of software including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Paint.
6. Must be competent with AutoCAD. Desirable to have a working knowledge of Revit.
Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
Compensation Details:
$76,000-$83,000
