AsaSenior Product Manager,CommerceJourneys, you willhelp drive thestrategy, development, and optimization of theupsellexperienceswithin ourXfinity residentialecosystem. Your primary focus will beto build native app experiences that drive sales and upgrades across our existing customer base to grow our mobile, internet, smart home, and entertainment lines of business.
In this role, you willsupport critical existing commerce flowsincluding our device catalog,Xfinity Mobile “bring your own device flow”, andsupport the launch of new commerce experiences including thenew Xfinity Mobile plans,new device launches,the retail appointment booking journey, Shoptab,and Upsell Lean Pages. Your work will shapeintuitive, end-to-endcommercejourneys that simplify complextransactionsand foster trust. You will alsosupport ongoing analytics and test and learn initiatives to measure impact andoptimizeconversion rates across our journeys.
Working closely with cross-functional teams across product, design, engineering,marketing,and operations, you will ensure thecommerceexperience is seamless, user-centric, and scalable-ultimatelydriving more value to the business and helping customersgrow their relationship with Xfinity as they take more of our “better together” products.

Experience ineCommerce.Proven experience in managingcommerce-related features, ensuring a user-centric approach toupsellinteractions andsales-generating journeys.
Analytical Skills.Strong analytical abilities to use data-driven insights foroptimizingupsell flows, measuring our sales impact, and ensuring ourexperiencesaddress customer and business needs.
Effective Communication.Excellent communication skills to articulate complex value propositions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent business experience.
Experience. Overall 12+ Years of experience and minimum 3+ years of experience in Product Management; ablend of design and/or engineering experience is also a plus.
