Overview
We are looking for a Janitorial Foreman to oversee the 250 Vesey Street floors and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. We are looking for someone with ability to prioritize, and with organizational skills to accomplish all work.
The goal is to keep the 250 Vesey Street floors in clean and orderly condition.
Janitorial Management Experience in a Class A office environment required.
Hours: 7AM -4 PM (Subject To Change)
Union: 32BJ SEIU
Pay: $34.76 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
