The Strategy & Analytics Manager for Cat Rental & Used division is responsible for focusing on driving sustainable growth through deep understanding of our customers and dealers by defining and providing exceptional support of our strategy, governance processes and analytical tools.
Caterpillar Rental & Used (R&U) is a part of the Construction Industries (CI) segment. A primary role of R&U is to support and enhance Caterpillar’s dealer network, which is a competitive strength and the critical way in which we serve our customers.
Role Definition: The Strategy & Analytics Manager is the team leader of up to 8 consultants, responsible for developing global strategy, global Rental & Used dealer data reporting, strategic analytics creation, and governance and supporting execution.
What You Have (Core Skills)
Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Stakeholder Management: Knowledge of stakeholder management techniques; ability to systematically identify stakeholders, analyze their needs and expectations, and implement various tasks to engage with them.

Summary Pay Range:
$159,120.00 - $238,680.00
