Overview
Role Summary The Custodial Driver supports facilities across multiple campuses by providing high‑quality janitorial services and driving between assigned locations using a company vehicle. This role requires strong time management, safe driving habits, and consistent service quality across sites.
Key Responsibilities Janitorial & Facilities Care
- Perform routine cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, restroom cleaning/restocking, and surface sanitizing.
- Maintain breakrooms, lobbies, offices, corridors, and common areas to standard.
- Conduct periodic tasks (e.g., floor care, spot cleaning, glass cleaning, high/low dusting); assist with minor spills and urgent cleanups.

- Maintain equipment (vacuums, floor machines) and report maintenance or supply needs.
Driving & Route Coverage
- Drive between assigned campuses according to a daily/weekly route plan.
- Safely operate a company vehicle and follow all traffic/safety rules.

- Adjust routes as needed for priority requests and special events.
Minimum Qualifications - Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) meeting company standard.
- Ability to safely drive between multiple locations during a shift.
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
- Must pass background screening and, if applicable, drug screening per client/site requirements.
