Inspection Support Coordination
Day in the Life:
Leveraging an understanding of gas pipeline and construction contracts, you will own the inspection process and collaborate with construction management to optimize requests and ensure timely project support. As a champion of data accuracy, you'll drive process enhancements and craft reports and dashboards from data analysis to guide decisions that improve efficiency and effectiveness. You'll build collaborative relationships with vendors, strategically negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance with all regulations, making a tangible impact on our inspection operations.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
Successfully manage the inspection request process and help support construction management requests including updating records and assisting with improvements to the inspection acquisition tools.
Provide support and assistance as needed in staffing field personnel. (On-Board/Off-Board/Transfer)
Help manage staffing records for multiple construction projects and provide reports to management.
Work with field support on providing accurate data on a weekly basis.
Create dashboards and KPI’s for inspection reviews with our inspection providers.
Maintain collaborative and productive relationships with preferred inspection providers.
Troubleshoots/resolves sophisticated problems using existing precedents/procedures
Assists in development of project plans in terms of inspection costs and collaborates with company partners
Adheres to Company policies and safety procedures

Education/Years of Experience:
Required: High school diploma/GED with equivalent experience or Associates degree and a minimum eight (8) years’ experience in oil & gas industry
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or engineering and a minimum fifteen (15) years of progressive experience in field operations or other technical specialty field
Physical and Environment Work Requirements:
Must be willing to:
Work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spaces
Carry or lift items up to 50 lbs and team lift loads of more than 50 lbs as needed
Stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of time
Work at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)
Use hand tools
Shift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:
Available to work after hours, on-call rotations, nights, weekend shifts and holidays as the need arises
May be required to travel between Williams locations with occasional overnight stays
Other Requirements:
Must possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
Preferred: Expertise in Microsoft Access, SharePoint, Smartsheets, Power BI and Visio applications
