The Alvandi Law Group is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer enhance our custom-built legal operating platform on Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve our Salesforce-based legal platform to meet business needs.
- Develop custom features like automated workflows and tailored forms.
- Collaborate with teams to address requirements and deliver practical solutions.
- Ensure system functionality, security, and smooth updates.
- Train and support users and document system changes comprehensively.
- Stay updated on Salesforce tech and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Computer with Windows 10 or 11
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, preferably in legal settings.
- Proficiency in Salesforce tools like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and communication.
- Salesforce certifications preferred.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM PST
What You’ll Do• Own the design, build, and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Flow-based automation supporting Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, and Employment workflows
- Architect scalable, high-performance Flows across Litify objects including intake, matters, parties, events, resolutions, and post-settlement processes
- Troubleshoot and optimize complex automations, integrations, and data processes to ensure system performance and reliability
- Manage Salesforce support tickets from attorneys, case managers, intake staff, and operations teams, prioritizing requests based on business impact and urgency
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards used by operations teams and leadership to track case metrics, pipeline health, and firm performance
- Own data quality across Salesforce and Litify through regular cleanup, deduplication, validation enforcement, and data hygiene initiatives
- Partner directly with legal, intake, and operations teams to translate real-world workflows into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce Developers and external vendors to ensure administrative and programmatic solutions work together cleanly with minimal technical debt
- Support and maintain third-party legal technology integrations such as Dialpad, DocuSign, Case Status, and other vendor tools
- Create and maintain system documentation, process maps, reporting definitions, and best practices to support onboarding, audits, and long-term platform stability
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce manual effort, improve reporting accuracy, and prevent recurring support issuesWhat We’re Looking For• 3–5 years of full-time Salesforce Administrator experience with ownership of a production Salesforce org
- Advanced expertise in Flow Builder, including complex logic, fault handling, performance optimization, and debugging
- Strong experience managing Salesforce support tickets and working directly with end users
- Proven experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards for operational and leadership audiences
- Hands-on experience with data cleanup, normalization, and enforcement of data standards
- Experience with Litify is a strong plus, especially in Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, or Employment law environments
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred, with additional Salesforce certifications considered a plus
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-accountability legal environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on long-term, scalable solutions
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to documentation, standards, and platform health
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
