The Role
Following a strategic pivot in our executive leadership, Arqai is seeking a Director of Business Systems to take full ownership of our internal technology ecosystem. This is not a "maintenance" role; you will be the primary architect of our digital operations, essentially acting as the Chief Operating Officer of our business systems.You will replace traditional manual executive processes with a high-performance, automated platform, ensuring our Salesforce environment serves as the "single source of truth" for the entire organization.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Define and execute the long-term vision for our business systems, moving beyond basic admin tasks to high-level solutions architecture.
- Platform Leadership: Take full ownership of the Salesforce roadmap, including Sales, Service, and Revenue Clouds.
- Advanced Automation: Architect complex, scalable Salesforce Flows to automate end-to-end business lifecycles—from lead generation to revenue recognition.
- 2026 AI Innovation: Spearhead our transition into an "AI-first" model using and Data Cloud to deploy autonomous agents that enhance productivity.
- Executive Collaboration: Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, translating business objectives into technical workflows.
- Data Integrity & Security: Oversee the security model, compliance standards, and cross-platform data synchronization (integrating Salesforce with ERP, Marketing, and internal tools).
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in business systems or technical operations, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Salesforce Expertise: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator is required; Application or System Architect certifications are highly preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Flow and the Agentforce 360 ecosystem.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and design technical solutions that drive measurable growth and cost savings.
