What you´ll do
- Serve as the single point of contact for customers, providing professional, customer‑centric support.
- Manage day‑to‑day customer interactions, including inbound and outbound communication.
- Support the order‑to‑cash process and maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems.
- Build strong customer relationships, identify service improvements, and gather feedback to enhance satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for retention and new business during customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities and resolve issues.
- Contribute to process improvements, operational efficiency, and best‑practice adoption.
- Monitor performance using KPIs and manage daily/weekly workflows for productivity.
- Utilize systems such as SAP and Service Cloud to ensure efficient service and data quality.
