Job Summary Details: The Floor Technician is responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of the flooring at the university.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Customer service experience
• One (1) year of similar work experience
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate work assignments
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
• Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
• Report work orders for maintenance
•Wax, strip or scrub floors using a scrubber
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
• Complete order forms completely and accurately
• Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
