The U.S. Respiratory business within our company is a growing part of our Company. The
Associate Director, Patient Support, Insights & Execution is responsible for Patient Support Program Marketing across the Respiratory portfolio and will play a strategic role in supporting the continued commercial success of our newly acquired COPD asset.
The role is responsible for defining and advancing the data, insights, and measurement strategy that informs and optimizes the Respiratory Patient Support Program (PSP). This individual will lead cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Access, Market Research, Data & Analytics, and PSP partners to ensure that strategic decisions and investments are guided by actionable insights and a comprehensive understanding of the patient and provider experience.
The Associate Director, U.S. Marketing, Patient Support, Insights & Execution will own the design and integration of PSP performance measurement frameworks, establishing key metrics and analytics that assess program effectiveness, patient journey outcomes, and affordability solutions. The Associate Director will also synthesize insights across internal and external data sources—including CRM, Hub, Specialty Pharmacy, EHR, and market research—to generate clear business intelligence that drives decision-making, enhances patient experience, and ensures continuous improvement across PSP initiatives.
The role will partner closely with cross-functional counterparts to align on strategic planning, launch readiness, and continuous evolution of PSP strategy, ensuring data-driven insights inform end-to-end program design and execution.
This position will be based in the Upper Gwynedd, PA office and will report to the ED, HCC.
Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Lead strategic design and development of a compliant Respiratory PSP in collaboration with Marketing, Access, Integrated Account Management, Data Strategy, Customer Experience, Legal, and other key functional partners to integrate insights into program solutions.
- Act as primary liaison orchestrating alignment across key functional areas to ensure integrated PSP strategy, deployment, and data ecosystem readiness. Partners cross-functionally and with key vendors to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and support seamless coordination and delivery of an integrated patient support data ecosystem
- Collaborates with internal and external partners (Market Research, Data Strategy, Access, Analytics, and vendors) to develop robust frameworks for PSP reporting, performance dashboards, and insight generation.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive overview of the End-to-End patient treatment experience, and data elements required to support patient journey analytics
- Develop and design compliant strategies with appropriate guardrails to overcome access and adherence barriers, ensuring patients get timely support from initiation through adherence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendor and customer accounts to identify, implement, and enhance data contracts required to support the PSP strategy and operations
- Leads the PSP insights and analytics strategy, defining the data ecosystem and key performance metrics to measure effectiveness, efficiency, and patient experience.
- Synthesize and translate complex data sets to identify drivers and opportunities to optimize the patient journey by uncovering patient barriers, and generating actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Lead the development PSP training materials, onboarding resources, and rules of engagement for field access teams to ensure compliant and confident customer engagement as it relates to PSP.
- Partner cross functionally to deliver tools and education that reinforce consistent understand of PSP processes and solutions, and ensure proper change management and communication plans.
- Identify program level enhancements working with cross-functional partners to drive operational efficiencies and excellence
- Lead the creation and evolution of program messaging for the Patient Support Program, leveraging data and insights to guide message design and ensuring consistency with brand strategy and compliance standards.
- Spearhead the design and implementation of the patient engagement platform/strategy for PSP, aligning with overall customer engagement objectives and patient journey workflow
- As a member of the US Pharma Respiratory marketing team, partner with fellow colleagues to invest in each other’s development, build a culture of inclusivity, psychological safety, transparency and stretch our collective team’s thinking by challenging the status quo for the purpose of creating stronger outcomes.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BA/BS). MBA or equivalent preferred.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience across marketing, sales and market access (or related experiences) including experience with reimbursements or specialty pharmacy
- Patient Support Program and/or Hub experience is required
- A growth mindset, strong collaboration, and business agility
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical critical thinking and planning skills
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics and/or customer and market insights to make business decisions
- Proven ability to build reporting & analytics for performance, access, adherence, pharmacy metrics
- Strong financial acumen, quantitative skills, and analytical capabilities
- Strong written/verbal communication skills as demonstrated through experience in strategy & marketing business case communication, sales interface, direct customer engagement and/or sales presentations
- Strong leadership, experience influencing without direct authority, navigating complex or matrix organizations and working successfully with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of omnichannel marketing, digital and non-digital channels
- Demonstrates high degree of integrity and ethics
- Demonstrated ability to create and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and program performance
- Ability to plan, prioritize, execute, anticipate challenges
- Ability to influence across functions to gain consensus
- Adaptability and comfort with change

Location: Upper Gwynedd, PA – Hybrid working model.
Travel: Requires approximately 25% travel, including some weekends.

The salary range for this role is
$142,400.00 - $224,100.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
