Description:Stf, Financial MgmtWhat You Will Be DoingAs a key member of the Core Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will play a key role in advancing financial excellence across the enterprise. A successful candidate would have prior experience in FP&A principles, with a strong focus on driving process improvement, analyzing large amounts of data, and partnering with all four Lines of Business (LOBs). You will contribute significantly to the development of the Long Range Plan (LRP), Quarter close process, and monthly Chief Financial Officer (CFO) deliverables. This high-impact role also includes providing training, mentorship, and subject-matter expertise to early-career professionals as part of LM’s commitment to developing future talent.
This position requires significant experience working with complex data, advanced analysis skills and outstanding attention-to-detail. This position is responsible for data pulls and chart preparation that are briefed to the highest levels of leadership at Lockheed Martin. This is a high-visibility position with tight deadlines. Non-standard work hours are periodically required to meet commitments. Candidate must be comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks under pressure. The position reports directly to the Manager of Aeronautics FP&A.
Key Responsibilities- Ensuring monthly CFO packages are of the highest quality and submitted on-time to LM Corporate FP&A
- Ensuring all due dates for monthly and year-end closing schedules and templates are met and the highest quality data is submitted on-time to LM Corporate FP&A
- Submittal of LRP on-time to LM Corporate FP&A
- Ensure all Investor Relations (IR) tasks are of the highest quality and submitted on-time to LM Corporate Investor Relations
- Communicating directly with FP&A personnel from each Aero Line of Business, Aero Accounting, Aero Strategy, Lockheed Martin International, Corporate FP&A, Corporate Investor Relations, as well as with Corporate and external Ernst & Young auditors

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• FP&A, Program Finance, or Accounting experience
Desired Skills:• 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Demonstrated presentation skills to all levels of leadership
• Proven track record of identifying opportunities for efficiencies and process improvements and successfully implementing changes
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and/or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience with at least one LM Aero cost segregation system to include SAP or Hyperion
• Experience in data analytics tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, or others

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
