- Heidelberg Materials has a current job opening for a Human Resources Generalist based out of our Picton, ON plant.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with managers to support employee relations and workforce planning in a unionized environment.
- Drive HR initiatives that enhance engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with employment regulations and the collective bargaining agreement.
- Support talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
- Create and deliver training and development programs to build capability.
