What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate and dispatch delivery schedules to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Monitor route performance and proactively adjust plans to address changing conditions.
- Utilize dispatching software and tools to track orders, equipment, and logistics.
- Support problem‑solving efforts to address service issues and improve workflow.
