We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Miami Lakes Learning Center Intern in Miami Lakes, FL as part of ourStudent Trainee Program.

Job Summary:
As the Miami Lakes Learning Center Intern at Caterpillar, you will be part of an engaged team focused on providing an exceptional customer experience to the learners who visit the learning center. The team has experienced service instructors and a support team. Interns will aid in meeting critical customer requirements in a safe, efficient manner. Interns will receive safety and general training to meet all job requirements.
This intern position aims to introduce you to various Caterpillar and Caterpillar dealer career opportunities and allow you to interact directly with the instructor and technician career programs. The intern will also observe what is required to run the learning center and manage a team to allow students to build professional skills. All interns must have a positive school record, including attendance, the ability to work on a team, reliable transportation, a positive attitude and take responsibility for their safety practices.

- Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, three hours a day

Student Trainee Program Qualifications:
- Current junior or senior in high school within the Miami area Public Schools
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 (no rounding)
- Expected graduation date by May/June 2027
- Must be able to work 3 hours at least 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday)
- Must be:
- Safety & quality focused
- Able to think through and diagnose an issue and offer potential solutions
- Willing to learn and be flexible on the job
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Familiar with programs such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint
Top Candidates will also have:

Summary Pay Range:
$15.00 - $17.50
Intern Hour Rate:
An intern's hourly rate is based on the major/degree being pursued and the number of completed academic hours achieved before the start of the internship.
