In this role, you will design and build scalable data pipelines and industrialized data assets, with a strong focus on CRM data integration and optimization to support sales, loyalty, and marketing initiatives across our automotive business. You will partner closely with Data Scientists, BI Developers, and Marketing and Sales Operations teams to deliver data solutions that enhance customer loyalty, improve lead conversion, support targeted campaigns, and provide program-level oversight.
Using cloud-native technologies, including Azure Databricks, you will enable advanced analytics across customer behavior, dealer interactions, vehicle purchase trends, and campaign performance—helping shape the future of automotive retail and marketing.
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer who is passionate about building scalable data solutions and applying modern development and DevOps practices to data engineering workflows, with a strong background working in Azure- and Databricks-based environments.
What You'll Do

Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and workflows using Databricks and Azure Data Services.

Implement best practices for data engineering, including CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and secure data solutions.

Drive adoption of modern DevOps practices within the data engineering lifecycle.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

7+ Years Data Engineering Experience

Proven experience working with Databricks and Azure (Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, etc.).

Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Apache Spark, and distributed data processing frameworks.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools for data engineering.

Solid understanding of cloud architecture, data security, and performance optimization.

Ability to work in an agile environment and deliver solutions at scale.
What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with infrastructure automation (Terraform, ARM templates).

Salesforce CRM, CRM-A, Data Cloud experience.
