Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Utilize cash register and POS systems for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services that meet customer needs.
- Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their mobile needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Apply retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales reporting.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries via phone or other communication channels.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred, with a strong understanding of cash handling practices.
- Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems is highly desirable.
- Strong upselling skills with the ability to communicate product benefits effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a focus on phone etiquette when interacting with customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining individual performance goals.
- A passion for technology and staying updated on the latest mobile trends is a plus.
