What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily quality control testing to ensure aggregate products meet specifications.
- Partner with operations teams to adjust production processes based on QC data.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for compliance and audits.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices in QC procedures.
- Train and guide team members on quality standards, testing methods, and safety practices.

- Strong understanding of aggregate quality standards, testing methods, and specifications.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to support production and quality goals.
- Demonstrated capability to lead, collaborate, and communicate effectively across teams.
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with QC tools, technology, and documentation processes.
Work Environment
- Operates in a quarry environment with exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Role includes walking on uneven ground, climbing, and working near heavy equipment.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) required in designated areas.
