About The Role
Are you passionate about transforming how organizations design and deliver Talent programs? LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management, Human-Centered Design & Agile to lead the evolution of human-centered products and solutions. In this strategic role, you’ll customize and champion an agile, product-driven approach—building cross-functional pods that rapidly design, test, and launch MVPs of Talent programs for our employees (our customers). Your work will ensure our HR offerings are human-centered, data-driven, and continuously improved, setting the standard for employee experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
What You’ll Do
- Bring best-in-class human-centered practices with an agile methodology and product approach to HR, ensuring solutions are aligned with business and employee needs.
- Lead our team and our organization through this human-centered design transformation; actively practice and evangelize customer-centric thinking throughout the entire org
- Stand up and run small pods of agile teams dedicated to applying human-centered design to Talent program design and delivery, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration.
- Ability to synthesize business objectives, vision, and customer needs into actionable Talent product strategies, planning cycles and executable roadmaps.
- Reduce time-to-value and increase adoption of new talent offerings by streamlining design cycles and embedding customer testing.
- Own key operating rhythms, improve execution within established workflows creating clarity, accountability, and predictable delivery.
- Manages backlog management, sprint planning, and writes clear customer stories, acceptance criteria, and evaluation frameworks.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and communication flows to enable better outcomes and faster decision-making.
- Experiment with AI tools to automate processes, reduce manual overhead, and enhance visibility across teams.
- Orchestrate and build team rituals that focus on strategic alignment, decision-making, and execution, ensuring teams are on track while resolving blocks that impede progress.
- Prioritize, assess tradeoffs, propose clear solutions and communicate design strategy and progress persuasively to the right audience to get buy-in and feedback.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in agile environments within product design, product management, or HR program innovation, including project management experience.
- Experience scaling human-centered design practices using agile methodologies across large organizations.
- Experience incorporating change management activities into project or program work plans.
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous business problems, identify data sources, conduct analysis, synthesize insights, and develop recommendations.
- Experience communicating with and facilitating discussions involving executive leadership, business leaders, and HR stakeholders.
- Experience managing and partnering with multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in delivering work iteratively and adapting plans and priorities in dynamic environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with specific agile frameworks or certifications, such as SAFe, CSPO, or LeSS.
- Background in providing design expertise to project, program, or product teams in cross-functional environments.
- Experience facilitating workshops or coaching teams to support adoption of new practices or ways of working.
- Experience navigating stakeholder relationships across multiple organizational levels.
- Experience applying strategic thinking, systems thinking, and critical thinking to solve complex business problems.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $142,000 to $230,000 USD. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
