MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented
Management Analyst to join our team in
Patuxent River, MD. This is a 100% onsite position.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
- Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings.
- Collect, complete, organize, and interpret technical data and financial information related to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
- Track program/project status and schedules.
- Development of organization and project level business processes, standards, and procedures.
- Development, maintenance, and reporting of detailed project technical requirements and performance.
- Ability to support CONUS travel on occasion
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in a technical or business discipline. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 6 years of relevant work experience OR an associate’s degree (with the same or similar curriculum focus) plus four (4) years’ additional work experience may be substituted
- 3+ years of experience performing work related to Project Management
- 3+ years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs or related organizations
- Familiar with the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) organization and operations or related DoD supporting Navy Aviation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with collaborating across various aviation organizations
- Ability to conduct briefings to Senior Military & Civil Service personnel
Clearance Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen and have a current/active TOP SECRET clearance, with ability to obtain SCI eligibility
Physical Requirements
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
